Day 5 - Today, I walked around the park in the afternoon. When I was walking, I tried to feel the breeze and sunshine. My mind became mindful and refreshed throughout that experience. @BeMindFullNow

Day 3 - Simplify your tasks and try to do one thing at a time in the workplace. Multitasking can be a burden on your brain. Make a To-Do List and try to complete one task at a time. @BeMindFullNow

Day 1. Today afternoon, I got stress because I had a lot of work to do. To be mindful, I took the time to focus on myself and tried to get rid of negative thinking. From this experience, I could see my situation more positive way. @BeMindFullNow
