Isn't it the first cardinal rule of perm maintenance that you're forbidden to wet your hair for at least 24 hours after getting a perm at the risk of deactivating the ammonium thioglycolate? And wouldn’t someone who’s had, say, 30 perms in their life be well aware of this rule???

Having a panic attack in the middle of target has become a normal thing for me and I just want around target crying grabbing random things that make me happy, the only thing that would make it better is for people to quit staring. It’s therapeutic leave me alone...
