@JiRongMFA Please notify all universities to give NOC. Mbbs cannot be done online. International students should be prioritize first instead of other affairs. Why universities are not giving noc after govt announcement? At first it was govt who did not allow us and now its universities

"HEBEI NORTH UNIVERSITY" has not issued NOC yet. From 2017 to 022/ students are still waiting for NOC and JW2 we request to @JiRongMFA to look forward towards their concern education authorities #takeUsBackToChina @JiRongMFA
