Hi @tatacapital @tatacapitalCare There has been wrong sanctioned loan on my name given to some fraud where neither my email id phone or address is right but my PAN number has been used. Been trying to sort this out with your customer team but no reverts. Kindly look into it.

I’ve been patiently calling since morning and @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care customer care executives have been hanging up calls after waiting for 15 minutes or so. I’ve been unnecessarily charged a penalty fees for months along with minimum due amount. It’s a big scam
