Is it @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp policy to support hosts who get mad when guests call them out for not having a lock on their door and no access to running water?

it's crazy to me that @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp will let a horrible host give me a bad review after a dispute that had me get money back and even crazier that there is no way to get the review removed after 2 appeals with submitted pictures as proof...
