Literally what I’m doing right now. I’ve been saying it’s the moments where everyone zigs that you gotta zag. One person can build a great product. And most companies are chasing mass. Mass profit. Mass funding. Etc. Me? I just want to help small business operators win.

Anyone have good resources for what you should do when you release a product? Terms of service, etc.
One of the best things I’ve recently accepted is that you do not need to invent something new. You just need to identify a gap and how you can bring value to that space. It’s whats fueling exactly what I’m doing right now.

Not sure about this take. They work. They scale well. Ever try adding a ton of related stuff but doing it from the top menu? It feels disconnected from whatever is the main content. Sidebars feel like they’re hugging that content. Huge difference in UX, IMO.

Idk... I just find that LLMs are far more useful to me outside of the IDEs, of late. I break out, keep context small, get answers, implement. When they're in the IDE, I just feel like the larger context makes them weaker.
If I need to create 30+ files to gives an LLM rules on how to interact with my codebase... I might as well just write the code myself. If i can give context that tight then I just need to write the code out. It'll be slower, but it will still be faster than arguing.
I've spent more time arguing with outputs than I have accepting them. So what's the point? How are y'all getting killer output from models without paying $200 a month (which is nutso!)? Legit question. And I don't wanna hear about the people creating 30 files to guide this.
