I’ve observed that my heart rate trends a few bpm higher at a steady power when I’m sitting up on the trainer vs when I’m in the TT bars. How important are those couple bpm if put me over my z1/2 mark @Alan_Couzens ? (And yes, a lactate meter would also answer this question 🙂)

Channeling my inner @Alan_Couzens this morning, as I get back on the trainer post sickness. Even though the power numbers said z2, the HRM disagreed; clearly I’m still a little bit under the weather. Dialed it way, way back to keep HR under control.
