After the successful transaction I haven't recieved any confirmation of my order or any msg frm your side till now. The amount has been deducted from my a/c & I hve had raised my issue with your team 4-5 time but not a single time I have got a satisfactory response from your end.

@NetMeds it has have been a headache for me,after ordering frm your company, I ordered a product from your app. On 15 December at 9:37 am of worth ₹797.60/- the money was debited from my a/c and i had provided you all the details with screenshots on your customer service e-mail.
