I don’t believe in denying feelings I have for someone because it’s actually painful to suppress my own love, regardless of the outcome. I recognize that loving someone doesn’t mean we are meant to be together or have a relationship. It simply means I get to experience myself.

Time to break the spell of thinking just because you would never do certain things to someone that others couldn’t possibly behave that way. Learn how to manage your feelings of denial, shock, disappointment and sadness regarding how people treat each other. Still choose love.

Someone being more concerned with letting you know how they feel, than looking cool, is very nourishing, healing and exciting, This only happens however when the feelings are actually pure, instead of just fantasy projections.

Don’t think because you stopped talking to someone or seeing them that they aren’t still communicating with you. Having energetic boundaries, means having a healthy aura. It acknowledges that people can still contact you and send you thoughts, feelings, emotions in energetic ways

That feeling of anger that we have to be the ones to heal ourselves, in situations where someone else hurt us, are valid feelings. So acknowledge them, validate that unfairness. Because the truth is we don’t have to heal yourself, but we can chose to. We get to heal ourselves,
