5 months ago people were calling for $500k BTC if Trump delivered on just a fraction of his promises. He’s since not only delivered, but BEYOND even the WILDEST of expectations. The US freaking goverment is buying ALTS… And now people are all like: “The cycle has topped.”

Ok so: -Zero chance of making a deal or fund recovery for @Bybit_Official. -They now have $1.4 billion worth of ETH missing. -They get a loan but now have price risk if ETH goes higher. Aka if they choose to not buy ETH now and it goes higher they're going to owe A LOT

I'l add to this it's very unlikely Lazarus is able to offload this amount of ETH anytime soon. Mixer volume has been nuked and their wallets are all being heavily tracked. Everything they do it monitored. My best guess is it takes months to years for them to unload

FTX repayments started on the 18th but continue all the way into early March. The liquidity from these repayments hasn't yet hit the market. I'm sure many haven't even started the process, and of those who have many are still waiting on their KYC to go through. 1/2

We also have tax return season peaking late February early March. Both of these have the potential to be catalysts for a spring altseason IMO. If not then we'll have to hold out for liquidity events like: -Weaker dollar -SLR + 10 year coming down -Rate cuts -China stimulus

Too many tokens for altseason" According to Grok 3 the actual number of altcoins minus memes, dead projects, etc is only: 1,000 to 2,000. Less than 2021 and about the same as 2017.

This also makes a ton of sense. The insane regulatory environment scared away countless builders and teams. The harsh bear market killed off a ton of projects.
