I can go on and on. My clients know better to come to me with superficial goals. My gym is a place for strength, health and transformation. We don’t modify behaviors for superficial gains. The true transformation starts with cutting the fat off the mental.

I had a miscommunication - wasted time and disappointments that’s what I’m highly reactive about. When it’s work. It’s even worse. My business is personal. - But it took me 7 mins to go from Anger to contentment back to “me” — I stay above 6-7 at all times.

I was way before my time. Made fitness cool. Made self awareness hip. Made purpose priority. Not too many people talk about inner work. But everybody a G with low innerG. I can’t relate. But I can share my experience that got me out of my way and in my lane.
