They lied. That soul food is not for your soul. Constantly indulging in it is killing you slowly. It’s all about balance. Stop playing with your health. A lot of our loved ones died from what they constantly consumed on a daily basis. It’s time to change the narrative.

Baltimore just isn’t the place to live no more. I know shit happen everywhere but it’s just different here. It’s no hospitality at all. Everybody so fake tough. We been in the top 5 cities as far as murders for way too long for them not to put gun laws in favor of the civilians

I noticed you will never get some people to workout because most people don’t care about their health. Well let’s change the view.Some people get tired just from walking up a flight of steps. So imagine if you have to run for your life. That chase won’t last long.
