so yesterday i thought i had a uti, but the urologist’s nurse said it wasn’t a big deal and was just the stent. woke up today on the verge of sepsis. moral of the story : always trust your instincts.

sooo i didn’t understand why the recovery time for my surgery was 3 weeks because at about 1.5 i was feeling really good. but for the past two days i haven’t taken any pain meds and now i understand. i wouldn’t wish a ureteral stent on anyone. this shit sucksssss

since it’s sexual assault awareness month- i just want to make it clear that YOU SHOULD NOT CRY ALONE IN YOUR CAR AFTER SEX! EVER! i literally thought that was a normal reaction, but turns out if you were forced into it, you kinda end up with *trauma*

joey had his first day at the dog park and he did so good! he was terrified at first, but he slowly gained confidence and loved it!! little man is making lots of friends 🥺

sooo i found out if i would have waited longer to get my surgery and if my kidney function would have gotten down to 20% (it was at 25%) i would have had to get my entire kidney removed... shits crazy to me

i’m listening to my family’s church zoom and i just have to say i’m so glad i’m no longer in the dark haha. there’s so much more beauty in every day when you aren’t living in a way to please every person around you. especially an omnipotent god.

i’ve learned a lot while coaching soccer, this is my fourth year, yet every time a ref/ opposing teams coach needs to talk to the coach, they will automatically go to my dad. if that isn’t bull shit idk what is.
