@_mattfreed Hang a massive 🇺🇸 flag and you are destined for success
@_mattfreed Wait i know exactly where this is, our first warehouse was here
@_mattfreed Hell yeah. Dude you already got light colored ceiling, make sure to put in upward facing lights as you put in shelves and workbenches.
@_mattfreed Just keep it lean AF and you'll be AOK
@_mattfreed You can just have a garage and start manufacturing
@_mattfreed What are you making?
@_mattfreed With $5 million in equipment and tooling.
@_mattfreed i had to get a bunch of permits first
@_mattfreed I wish it was that easy. But agree not as difficult as people think.
@_mattfreed 20 plus years ago for me. It was a lot of work. Also a lot of fun. Now, a lot of success. Manufacturing is quietly a great way to grow a bussiness to take care of a lot of families.
@_mattfreed Manufacturing WHAT, Matt. Manufacturing WHAT? SOAP? DRONES? DINING ROOM TABLES???!?
@_mattfreed I've always wanted to do this but I can't settle on what I want to make.
Im thinking there may need to be some actual manufacturing skills and business sense to be developed first. But I like the idea. If it was that easy, sign me up. I get my space, get a loan for a CNC machine and start knocking out orders. I just dont know how to run a CNC or get orders.
@_mattfreed What are you making/what machines do you have?
@_mattfreed Done it before, in a garage, many times, the hard part is what to manufacture and how to sell it imo
