@_mctrinh just doing things, not overthinking them
@_mctrinh True founder mode is when you stop seeking validation and just build what matters to you.
@_mctrinh True freedom comes when you build without caring what others think. Been my most productive state.
@_mctrinh Well said my friend. It takes very thick skin and a high pain tolerance to succeed as a founder
@_mctrinh Going against the grain here, but I disagree. Not giving a damn blinds you to risks others are trying to point out. The biggest failures I’ve seen weren’t from caring too much. They came from dismissing signals until it was too late.
@_mctrinh nah this is so ignorant. the real founder very much gives a damn. if no one wants what you are making, what's the point? seek response early
@_mctrinh No one else will want you to succeed more than you, so don’t listen to them
@_mctrinh me: “I don’t give a damn” also me: refreshing Stripe every 5 minutes 🥲
@_mctrinh This is one I agree, you have to have killer focus
@_mctrinh need to give a damn about the users tho.. :) but anyone else's opinions can take a back seat
@_mctrinh You need to give a damn at times, communicate and evaluate risks. As a Founder, you are working for yourself but for the whole team and target users.
@_mctrinh it’s not apathy, it’s focus on what matters.

@_mctrinh The true founder mode is curious about what happens if things don't work.
@_mctrinh Facts ! This has been my mantra for sometime.
@_mctrinh People care about what you can do for them Stop caring what others think (Because in reality, they don't) And start doing what moves the needle forward, without giving a Damn
@_mctrinh Focus in nothing else but solving problems that ur customers are facing
