13 hour work day was a beast, finishing up this year has been exhausting with ridiculous amounts of work during what is supposed to be don’t be out slow time. Glad for a week and a half off before it’s right back at it

I forgot I can’t smoke weed anymore and smoked a little weed to prune my garden and celebrate my new certification. Heart rate at 140 and blood pressure 150/103 for 2 hours had me thinking I might end up in the hospital. 🫠

I’ve been spending my downtime by going down the rabbit hole of modern marvels and the like on YouTube. They uploaded full episodes and it brings me back to quality time with my grandpa, learning how things work. What an absolute treasure

Friday was my grandpas 89th birthday. I spent the night with him in his care facility where he had taken a turn for the worse. He passed in the early morning as I sat with him. It has been heartbreaking and relieving at the same time. I’m glad he’s at peace
