for those that own a house—is it worth it financially? would you do it all over again in this economy?
@_mstrdom Yes and yes. I feel the economy is going to be what it is, and I never like limiting myself so I’d just figure it out like I’ve always have.
@_mstrdom I would never sale my house. It’s becoming harder to obtain one. Is it a lot of work? yes definitely worth it financially … in this economy it’s gonna be harder if u ain’t prepared but definitely ain’t nothing like having something u own
@_mstrdom Should’ve bought another one like I did BEFORE this economy🤧 but if it were now I’d stay put until potential rate cuts🫡💪🏽
@_mstrdom Yes, especially if you own a business. It’s cheaper to build than to buy already built. Designing another one right now.

@_mstrdom I’d definitely do it again. I’m looking for another now. The market you buy in matters though.
@_mstrdom I wouldn’t. Not with these rates or this current economy. Seems like the time to buy was 2011-2021.
