Looks like no more lunch meetings at @CostaCoffee after my staff receive parking notices for apparently parking too long at Heanor. That's one approach to business I suppose.

Well I've run out of things to try with @currys . Order placed in November! Thought I was finally getting somewhere today - an hour into call Manager transferred me back to main number. Turns out he also gave me a false name. Trading Standards complaint logged and claim filed 🙄

So I've made a formal complaint to @currys and supposedly I was getting a call back in 30 mins from some manager called Innocent Ngobese with a reference. Its been hours... Where's my call @currys and what's the ref?

Search @currys tweets before ordering anything from @currys right now especially for Christmas. Tonnes of cancelled orders, people waiting weeks for refunds and can't honour Black Friday prices. At least terrible CS at worst fraud.

Surprised at the level of racism and sexism on @GMB this morning from one guest in particular and the fact the guest was allowed to repeat her remarks. Even more surprised @piersmorgan didn't react and passed it off
