Update your previous assumptions for Delta. Even things we think were low risk such as hanging outdoors w fully vax groups are now high risk. Risk calculation was updated for delta and it is super helpful. microcovid.org

#askADHD When requesting accommodations before taking coding assessments for Software Engineering positions, how much extra time can you request? Is there some metric per hour? I‘m sure it varies by company I have no idea if a 110m assessment + an extra 30m is asking too much!

Tech has to exclude people. Tech has the power to change the world, for better and worse. Allowing racists and other supports of state violence into the tech community is what gives us discriminatory AI, surveillance, and shit like Github's ICE contract. Silence is violence.
