be kind to yourself, today. remember that the anxious voice in your head is just a voice. create space for things that make you happy. try to make sure your internal monologue is rooted in love. you deserve to be handled with care.

you expect a lot from people, because you know you’d do the same for them without hesitation - a testament to how you genuinely care for others. however, the kindest thing to do is meet people where they’re at, and see if your expectations align with what they’re able to provide

If you don't want to teach, maybe consider not working at a teaching hospital. There is no reason to be sighing or rolling your eyes when someone asks a question or makes a mistake. This is for doctors, nurses, dieticians, RTs, & literally anyone else. People are here to learn.
