People misinterpret an organized way as slow. Organized way just means it is less chaotic/confusing but has nothing to do with speed. Build an organized way such that processes are decentralized, teams have high autonomy with guardrails and further collaborate well across.

It’s not about who thought of it first but who implemented it first. Also, it’s not about who implemented it first but who marketed it first. The harsh reality of today’s world that everyone has to embrace. So pick up a good idea, execute but don't forget to talk about it too.
