When you pay nearly £45 each for a @nationalexpress journey & then it ends up being an old banger of a coach, uncomfortable seats, no lap trays or charging ports! And so many rattles! Not a nice national express coach! Not the comfy journey we were expecting! Not happy at all!

It’s actually impossible to get a response/reply from @inthestyleUK I’m left with nearly £80 worth of unwanted clothes because I haven’t been able to get an answer! Not happy!
