I know I always brag about my fitness on here but I just wanted to say when I started going to the gym mid March I could only do 5-8 mins of the stair master by the time I was out of stamina, now i can do 40 mins without struggling 🫣

I’ve been going to the gym consistently and eating healthier/drinking more water and I’m really happy about it 😊 although I still feel insecure I feel good knowing I went and did the best I could 😮‍💨
