Me and my longtime bestie have been sending each other handwritten letters off and on and just recently - I mailed her a letter every Tuesday for the past six weeks! I cannot believe it’s been six weeks already. I should be expecting a post card in the mail! 😁

I was fighting with my mind about “cheat eating” (cheeseburgers are being served) or drinking a protein shake - well I wrote down on two papers “Go Eat, Stay Fat!” and “Go Drink Your Protein Shake” and the latter is what I unfolded and eased my mind. Keeping on track!

So this is day 8 of no soda, no sweets, no chips, no fast food fried food (only got a salad with grilled chicken from jacks). It’s been complete harsh - craving this, craving that! Trying to maintain some type of discipline. 💪🏽
