Self-discipline is hard! But the rewards are immeasurable I am committing to not eating anything during the workday because food = sleep. It is difficult because I take a very small breakfast. But I need to do this. Starting with 7 days. Today is day 2! Send help😩

I know so many more English words than I know their Yoruba translation now. When I started speaking English outside school, I'd mentally translate Yoruba to English before speaking Yes, my English vocabulary is richer, but how do I bring my Yoruba vocabulary up to par?

Is it just me or people are now doing better. Or LinkedIn is purposely promoting more insightful content lately I have not been seeing those "I am happy to announce..." type of posts in recent times. In fact, I am either inspired, educated, or excited on LinkedIn these days.
