Started restricting again and I'm already down 3 pound this week 😭 #icriedaboutitthismorning
I'd rather keep nothing in my house and eat nothing than something and constantly devour all of it.
Just when I think it's okay to keep only kinda healthy food in the house I eat aaaaallll of it. Ugh.
It's still a depressing number to see buy knowing it'll be less tomorrow morning and at the end of the week keeps me going.
Also weighted myself after "dinner" and it was the same as my usual morning weight AND I'm on my period so I've totally lost ☺️
Finished today up right around 500 calories. 👌🏻
I also had sushi though which was like 500+ of those... So besides that I did okay?
My mind is so programmed to eat I tried to be mindful today of my calories and still ended up with 900ish 😭
Actual thing I was told; "the brain reacts the same to all of them so they're all just the same and can be treated the same".
Hearing my psychology students talk about the "science" of eating disorders drives me nuts.
Like how are people shocked she had an ED you don't lose 45+ lbs quickly/healthily when you're already small.

Like I'm not even pretty or tiny enough to get a boyfriend which just makes me feel like even more of s lump.
