Musing: Could digital and data be used to rekindle public use of suburban bus transport? Cars offer easy access to transport. Could I order bus service from my phone, and buses would execute timed pickups at customized locations determined by demand? Prob: not inclusive. Others?

Morning commute: Two full trains held at Tunney's Pasture, waiting to depart. Two platforms full of people waiting for trains. I am told the station gets 150 people per minute joining the throng from busses arriving.

Great blog post. Very instructive. Thanks @LivNeal for highlighting this case. Like DfE, we were striving to apply human-centred design at #TCdigital as an enterprise. It’s great to see @JulieLeese1 and her team still pursuing this and advancing their Department along that path.
