On a disaster movie kick. “Greenland” starring Gerard Butler is surprisingly good even though it has the “kid has chronic illness used for a plot device” trope. Very good story with well written characters. Nicely done.

Overall I’d say M3GAN was pretty meh. Picked up more towards the end but the dialogue and how the supporting cast were written really irritated me. Writing characters to be idiots to move the plot will always be a no for me.

Just started watching #M3GAN and I am throughly annoyed at the moronic parents who don’t know the basics of driving up a mountain in the snow. Mainly because I live on a mountain in Utah and tourists can actually be that stupid and they cause huge accidents.

Malignant is an off-the-wall horror film that commits to its ludicrous premise and is all the better for it. Loved it. Give me insane horror movies any day. #babygotevilback

#Hulu ‘s #ToCatchAKiller was okay. Definitely think it would have been better as a mini series as the character development needed more time to breathe. Also followed the “officer needs to be fired/suspended to solve the case” trope; of which I’m not a fan.

Finally watched Prey, the Predator prequel. Great pacing and action sequences. The writing was overall good through there were a few plot devices I kind of rolled my eyes at (the flowers that drop your body temp 🙄) but would definitely watch again.
