As per @DoPTGoI file, shortage of Section Officers is causing difficulties in managing work in the Ministries. They are admitting the issue, are fully competent of solving the issue, but would rather let the issue persist indefinitely. @PMOIndia #Save_CSS #Promote_CSS_ASO

Getting due promotion from @DoPTGoI is literally an uphill task for CSS officers. Persistent efforts are a must! Left unchecked, DoPT will stay in its usual mode of inaction. Delay in promotion by years is the standard set by it after all! @PMOIndia #Save_CSS #Promote_CSS_ASO
