Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.

In case you wonder - our derivatives exposure, let's do the maths: 366 bn € derivatives gross exposure MINUS 289 bn € (covered by master netting agreements with counterparties) MINUS 55 bn € (collaterals which we require counterparties to post) EQUALS 22 bn € net exposure
