I paid 1.15 lac for #iphone11pro but the services which i am getting are just worthless! I need blue tint new phone ! No customer satisfaction at all from apple ! Customer care guys are just making fool @Apple @AppleSupport

I purchsd it on the launch day in India and apple is providing worst after sales services!They did not mentioned anywhere on the box regarding the tints on #iphone11pro ,i need blue tint phn coz i feel colour blindness using green tint @Apple @AppleSupport

I recently upgraded my phone to #iphone11pro but unfortunately i got the got the green tint, however showroom is showing blue tint phone and selling green tint! @Apple @AppleSupport

Apple, being a loyal customer this is to notify you about the recent issue which i have faced and i am really dissapointed with the service including presales n after sales. Hope to get the resol. as soon as possible @Apple @AppleIndiaForum @AppleSupport
