@Hermesparcels Contact free! Had 2 parcels "delivered to safe place" yesterday despite being at home with doors open, never heard knock, and where the hell is this "safe place"? no email with photo of said "safe place", only robots when you ring, website lime a carousel (round and round)!!!!!

@Hermesparcels * Potentially is the word that was missed first. It should read “Potentially send, receive an return your parcels” - and ended right there.
