@achilleas_ghost Very cool thank you! I’m having a terrible time with my right hip - it’s like it’s stuck and can only go so far . Hot yoga is helping but I’m still getting stuck like my leg won’t lay flat sitting criss cross. Any ideas??

@achilleas_ghost Stretch your gracilis muscle. You’ll be amazed at how effective it is. My 25 year old knee pain has been gone for 5 years now.
