what a disappointing day at @CWOA two rides in 8 hours , waiting times say one hour when it actually takes two and a half , the three lane que doesn't work just ques all the time and when you do get near the front the ride breaks down , so many complaints I won't be going again

Well @zavvi @zavvi_cs @Hermesparcels have totally let me down this Christmas had my parcel since 17th no correspondence at all just the same copy and paste message, if there is one thing I have learnt and can pass on advise that will be not to use either of these firms

What a shock @zavvi @zavvi_cs can't help me and haven't heard a thing from @Hermesparcels customer care is shocking how these firms can operate like this is unbelievable, but I have had a lot of help from citizens advice so they will be hearing from me very soon
