My EAD was approved after 8 months yesterday. By the time I receive the card (1-2 weeks from now), it will be expired! And thus begins another phase of endless wait until renewal! What a joke! #h4eaddelays

When CO talked about wastage of EB GCs, it hurts that all DOS and USCIS see are numbers. But behind every application is a human. If USCIS goes on to waste 100k GCs this year, that would be 40k families that could have moved into PR. They followed the law. The system failed them.

Two 25 yr old men. Both work in same company, same position. Both have same education, same skills. Company files GCs for both. One gets GC in 16 months while other waits decades. One is determined to be of greater value since he was born in a less populated country. #GCBacklog

USCIS has 262,000 EB green cards to issue for this year. It approved just 27,485 adjustments in the 1st quarter of FY2021. If this is the productivity @USCIS, What even 290,000 visas available for FY2022 will be wasted as is. Be serious @AliMayorkas @POTUS @VP This is appalling.
