@airindia Thanks for the response . Can you plz let me know the exact itinerary for AI-180(SFO to BOM). Now it got diverted to DWC Dubai instead of BOM . My old parents are traveling in this flight . As per their itinerary they should reach chennai by 15 April 7:20 AM

@IndiGo6E 19 passengers missed flight from hyd to goa 6E 743 flight due to confusion betweeen CISF staff and Goindigo airport office staff. Passengers who cudnt webcheckin shows payment failed in online boardingpass and CISF assumed no ticket. @DGCAIndia @AAI_Official @RGIAHyd

@FrontierCare @FlyFrontier Why would you serve customers expired food onboard ( F9-664) flight? Do you have QA team on ground at all? Sent you DM with my booking ref details. Posting here to ensure passengers verify expiry dates on food before they eat onboard
