4/n To give a background, I have been regularly shopping from Decathlon since the past 3 years, and I have used all of their modes, instore shopping, store pick up and online order. Never has this kind of thing happened and this is extremely frustrating.

3/n Somewhere, someone has screwed up at @Decathlon_India's end and they are not ready to accept it. When I mailed them, they are consistenly insisting that the product is delivered. Still no clarification is being given to the two points which I raised.
