Bonusly is an app that works to promote engagement in the workplace. Employees are given points that they can give to other employees that can be exchanged for prizes. This app would motivate users to be nicer to each other and help each other more! #ALM201 @aisskf

Progress Bars are a great way to track how far you have to go and it can really motivate you as you can see how close you are to achieving things like your goals or rewards, but can also be hard to see that others may be further along then you! #ALM201

A gaming experience that I had the recently was when I was playing Minecraft and I ended up farming for 7 hours straight and I remember it because I fell asleep when playing, I was very invested in farming I guess though I don't know why! #ALM201

The online community that I am in is Small streamers we are all streamers that play games on twitch and I interact with them on discord (and twitch) this community has help me grow my online following and given me new friends and I do the same for others in the community #alm101
