People in the news use the phrase "generative AI". I was thinking that only @Emprops is truly "generative AI" whereas everything else is "generated by AI" or "AI-generated". EmProps pieces have code-based elements for truly generative iterations. Thoughts?

Good question! It's a subtle linguistic distinction (and the reason we specifically use the term 'long-form generative art') "Generative AI" refers to the AI system's inherent capability to create things, while "AI-generated" describes the resulting outputs - similar to how we say "creative person" rather than "things created by a person." That is, the output is generated, but the process and technology is generative.
