de1.allyourvps.com being rebooted, seems to have completely frozen. ETA 30 minutes.
Switch in rack still down, techs working on it. At this stage we have another server on order and can move everyone, make a ticket for this.
Server was online briefly however seems to be yet another problem. Waiting for further updates. Open a ticket to be moved to another node.
DC techs finally found the fault, faulty linecard in router. ETA 2-4hrs for replacement. Server has had power the whole time, so VPS are OK.
DC techs have given no moreupdate, 10 hours mayb. VPS impacted by this downtime will be credited 1 week, rqest via ticket when restored, ty!
DC has confirmed network issue that took our 3 redundant systems, hence the massive delay. Expect another update hopefully in 3 hours.
Further update on us1.allyourvps.com it seems it is a more widespread issue, waiting on DC techs to bring our rack back online.
Still waiting for techs to fix us1 node, should have been fixed 4hrs ago.. sorry!
us1.allyourvps.com down, have escalated to DC. Originally it did respond to ping, but not ssh, but now not even ping. Possible DDoS.
we're experencing a network-wide issue. Looking into the root cause.
billing.allyourvps.com HTTPS activated with new SSL, old one revoked.
billing.allyourvps.com currently down due to power failure at host datacenter. ETA 2hrs currently.
