Look, I'm really tired of people defending J. K. Rowling. Personally, I think that we learn more about a person through how they respond to criticism than to what they were criticised for in the first place. And this is not the first time JKR has responded to criticism poorly.

Today is trans day of rememberamce, where the transgender community remember the hundreds of transgender people murdered for being who they are. BBC Radio 4 feels it appropriate to debate our legal rights 10pm tonight. I hoped we could have this one day free from media criticism.
