Attended an event - How to help ees #ReturnToWork without too much stress - with 700+ #GC MGs. It was really upsetting. The talk was biased towards in-office work, included many negative stereotypes about remote workers, didn’t present research on human/equity benefits of #WFH.

@altspaces The whole discussion wrt hybrid work has been a missed opportunity. The discussion should be on what works best for whom and under what circumstances. Rather the focus appears to be driven by convenience and overestimated opinions on face to f2f interaction. Needs vs wants.

@altspaces Ohhhh I attended that today too! Although I found the brain/science aspect v interesting it def seemed to have an agenda and wasn’t really what they billed it as.

@altspaces ouf, Did not attend. Was rightly cautioned yesterday to ensure these are not one sided and make a huge effort to be balance. Will this be an influence in the loss of more from PS ... maybe.
