@AmazonHelp couldn’t register my new kindle colorsoft either via app or log in, got server errrors. Had to create a new account, and i got logged out of my previous kindle (11th,2022). Can’t re-log in on it either. I need access to my files as they are no longer on my mac.

@AmazonHelp Way to make it harder and more cumbersome. And I don’t want my kids having a private login. BRING BACK THE ARCHIVE BUTTON.

@amazon u suck! Taking away something as simple as the ability to archive or hide an order is plain wrong! How does that affect U? It would be nice to be able to make a purchase as a GIFT & hide it from my spouse or kids who may see it! But u remove all benefits 2 ur service.🤬

@AmazonUK This is the second time in a week you’ve left a parcel on the footpath -both stolen. One could’ve easily fit through the letterbox or been placed in the designated safe location. How is leaving it on the pavement ever acceptable? Now I need to wait till Fri to report it

@AmazonUK hi I purchased paramount plus through my amazon fire stick which I was charged for but should have been a free trial. I have cancelled the subscription but can see watch till end October. I log in and you want me to pay again, please help and advise, thank you

@AmazonHelp Amazon does not want to air this in public anymore. Now I have received an email suggesting that the issue should be escalated!! That would be funny if I wasn’t being ripped off to the tune of $500!! How bout you pick up the phone, have somebody fix it!!!!
