#CSS अधिकारी, जो केंद्र में नीतियों के निर्माण से लेकर उन्हें जमीं तक उतारने में अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं, वे अपनी ही #promotion के लिए संघर्षरत हैं। अक्तूबर 2022 में CSS के संवर्ग सुधार के लिए कैडर रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग कमेटी गठित हुई थी। कैडर अधिकारियों को आज भी उस रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है।
