Was excited to meet parents after 2yrs as they planned to visit US next week. Tech issues while merging mom’s vaccine certificates linked to 2 nos. caused both certificates to show 1st dose. Cant travel despite 2 doses. Tech support is unable to help. How can we solve this ASAP?

My wife got logged out of Amazon account. And can't log back in because her phone is not getting the OTP. Stuck. Mails, calls done. No go. I thought Amazon is a tech giant. @amazonIN @amazonHelp @amazon @rakhiajoshi

Just modified channel pack on Tata Sky. Didn't get what I asked for and lost what was there (Read-Marathi pack). Faced same issues in renewal fortnight ago. And all I hear is a sorry from call centre. Very sad indeed. @tatasky

Paid subscription fees in March 2019. Yet to receive a single copy. Made several calls to call centre and also sent a couple of mails. But no response yet. Would circulation dept act on this please. @lonelyplanet_in
