Hopeless service from @1mgOfficial. Medicine promised to be delivered by 1pm Mar 27 in Gurgaon is delayed to Mar 31. Customer care people of little help, not ready to cancel the order even. This is happening a second time in 3 months. Least expected from @TataCompanies
