Summary of painful experience with @Airtel_Presence : 1. I wanted a fast internet connection so I called Airtel executive who to my surprise got it installed the very same day. Of course I went for a 3 months plan for 300 MBPS which costed me Rs.5306/-.

2. So, I raised a request on 9th of December for the same with customer care and the lady there gave me a TAT of 3 working days.

3. Since nothing happened for next three days on fourth day I called again to check the status and to my surprise the ticket was cancelled..due to some ISP issue (which was told to me), of course no body bothered to inform me since Airtel has high expectations of understanding

4. So again, I asked them to do the process all over again. However this time round, I started calling them on regular basis. So I got various beautiful answers like, be patient we are working on this, this is a high priority request however another couple of days passed.

5. Then suddenly my internet stopped working altogether. And I called customer care again and then, I was conveniently informed by the customer support that once static ip is assigned, your internet will stop for a while but they never mentioned it wont come back for nxt 3 days

6. Now this time their great technician visted us, all he could do was hard reboot four times the router and standing next to it waiting for internet connection to restore at the mercy of God..but God never obliged. He must have been the guy who lays the fiber in my opinion

7. So they sent another one, a real genius, had no clue whatsoever again..so he kept calling some another genius and then the other called the next and finally something happened. The internet came back..but with Static IP the speed was dropped to 1MBPS that is an assumption

8. And they are still working in my office as I am writing this..since they have ensured, I have nothing else to do but write it for the praise of great service provided. Mind you, I run a small software company, so my guys are equally happy for no work. Big thanks to Airtel.
