No words left for Samsung Customer Care. A technician said PCB was gone, so it took 3 weeks to get the part and a software update. The one who came today says it was not required and didn't replace it, put the software update and it was running! Whom to believe? @SamsungIndia

Very unprofessional attitude of Voltas Customer Service - they can't even read the address correctly - when told to read carefully, replied "jitna aata hai utna hi padh sakte hai" and dripped. Disgusting and unacceptable. @myvoltas @TataCompanies @cromaretail @jagograhakjago

While on one hand we have Vande Bharat Express trains, on the other we have trains like Bhubaneswar Dhanbad Special which always runs late, gives used bed sheets and pillows to passengers, has poor standard of cleanliness and no catering... #IndianRailways #IRCTC
