My new @AOSmithHotWater heat pump water heater has been malfunctioning since February without a persistent error code and needs replacement. They won’t cover labor to replace. Selling a faulty product and won’t back it up.

@andrewmstern @AOSmithHotWater That sounds so frustrating… a new heater shouldn’t be giving you trouble already. Did the company give you any explanation for why they won’t cover the labor cost?
