Our opinion piece on devs in the preterm infant phageome is out! 👶🏻 🦠 doi.org/10.1016/j.mib.… Take 🏠: 🔭 Phages are understudied in (preterm) gut MGs. 📈 Isolation/annotation of gut phages = >utility of MG analyses. 🤒 Phage may act as biomarkers of gut inflammation.

Exciting times @nuomics @NorthumbriaUni the @PacBio Revio has arrived and been installed. Offers the ability to run 4 smrt cells similtaneously, each with 25 million ZMWs. PacBio day being developed for a day of talks on Tue 19th Sep, registration will be shared shortly.
